Please make sure you entered your email address and password correctly.

• Check that your email address is complete.
• Make sure the password is correct, including uppercase and lowercase letters.

Password requirements: At least 6 characters and must include both letters and numbers. Symbols are not allowed.

If you were a member of the previous version, this system has been fully updated and you need to create a new account.

Go to Sign Up to create a new account, or sign in with your Education Cloud or Google account for a faster registration process.

Please go to Member Center > Profile, and check your Account Role.

To access all resources, your account must have one of the following Account Role:

• Teacher: Register through Education Cloud.
• Substitute Teacher: You must verify your account using an invitation link from a teacher account, or contact a sales representative or distributor to request an invitation link.

Please ask a teacher who has registered with the HESS Member Center and has a Teacher account role to provide you with an invitation link, or contact your HESS sales representative or distributor.

If you are not sure who your sales representative is, please leave the following information with Customer Service:

• Your service city/county
• Your school name
• The grade level you teach
