If your account role is Teacher, you can generate an invitation link in the Member Center and send it to a substitute teacher for account verification.

👉 Steps to generate an invitation link:

1. Go to the Member Center homepage and click your name in the top-right corner.
2. Select Member Center from the drop-down menu.
3. In the left menu, choose Substitute Teacher Invitation Link.
4. Click Generate Link.
5. Click Copy next to the link, then send the invitation link to the teacher for verification.

⚠️ Important:

• Each teacher can generate up to 3 invitation links per school year.
• The quota is reset on August 1 each year.
• Each invitation link can be used only once.
• A link is valid for 7 days. After it expires, you must generate a new link before sending it again.

Please ask a teacher who has registered with the HESS Member Center and has a Teacher account role to provide you with an invitation link, or contact your HESS sales representative or distributor.

If you are not sure who your sales representative is, please leave the following information with Customer Service:

• Your service city/county
• Your school name
• The grade level you teach
