Please go to Member Center > Profile, and check your Account Role.
To access all resources, your account must have one of the following Account Role:
- Teacher: Register through Education Cloud.
- Substitute Teacher: You must verify your account using an invitation link from a teacher account, or contact a sales representative or distributor to request an invitation link.
